This has been a life saver for our Great Dane and us!
Our 10yr old Great Dane all of the sudden could barely get up on his own, walk, or stand to relieve himself. This happened over the weekend and while waiting to get him in we ordered one of these. It allowed us to help him get up without hurting him by trying to awkwardly pick him up and it also helped us stabilize him while he was standing to eat/drink and go to the bathroom. Now he is going into the vet several times a week for therapy and it has been an invaluable tool for safely getting him in and out of the car and it works great for the clinic staff to walk him into the clinic and do his therapy. It’s also still a great tool for those days where he is a little weaker, stiff, or in pain and still benefits from our help. It’s a loose fit but that works great for him because it is loose but still secure and he wears it pretty much all the time. I’m sure that without this sling me and my husbands back would be so much worse from all the awkward lifting of our big guy (140 pounds). It also allows me to do a lot of the physical help he needs on my own when my husband is unavailable despite weighing less than him and being pretty short. This has been such a game changer during such a rough, stressful and challenging time. To us it’s a life saver, back saver, and much much more. Thank you so much for making this product!

Mixed Feelings
I loved the idea of being able to use a shoulder strap or team lift with the harness. My 100lb dog tore his CCL this weekend and we needed something quick to help him get outside to use the bathroom. It works pretty nicely in this area. However, there are some features that make it difficult to put on and use. The leg straps are awkward and hard to fit correctly. There is also a hole built in for male dogs to use the bathroom, but it is so small if it is not positioned just right the harness gets peed on. Which, if you have a dog that has an injury or illness requiring a harness, they don’t have total control of staying stable. I’ve already had to wash it twice in the 24 hours I’ve had it. Maybe if I bought a size down it would work better, but I was concerned his weight would be too much for the smaller size going by the size chart. Overall it seems like nice quality and has provided some relief to our backs of trying to lift our dog, but the sizing and design are a few drawbacks. If we didn’t urgently need it, I would consider returning it. I also ordered a different type that will hopefully work better.

Work great. Easy to put on and take off. Securely holds your dog
Got this to help my dog move around and take up and down stairs while he was recovering from ACL surgery. You don't want to have to pay for that twice. To my surprise, my dog was completely relaxed when in the sling. It does a great job of securely keeping my dog in place and the shoulder strap makes it easy to pick up and put down the dog.My only suggestion for improvement would be to put a better shoulder pad on the shoulder strap. It can dig in a bit if you have a heavy dog. My dog weighs 60lb. Yes, I need to get him down a bit for his size. I'm working on that.

Big is Still Big!
I have a seventy- five pound pitty that has spinal damage and falls all the time. I’m older so I’m concerned that he will fall into me and we’ll both take a header. This harness is easy to put on and serves its purpose. We can both walk without falling. The fit could be better. First, the sling part could be heavier. The straps on the center piece are too big. It would be great if they were expandable. Even at 75 lb. they are too wide for my dog however, if I got a smaller size I don’t think the length would work . The hole for his penis is way too small so it does get sprayed upon; regular washing needed. All in all the harness works but a 75 pound dog is still 75 pounds and difficult to walk. A younger, stronger person would probably find it easier to use.

It works for dwarf goats
I have a Nigerian dwarf goat named Gonzo. Gonzo, true to his name, is an unhinged chaotic gremlin who managed to permanently injure his rear leg trying (and failing) to pull off a Sick Stunt. Since then, any time I try to trim his hooves makes him panic and causes him a lot of distress and discomfort if he has to put any weight on that bad leg.So I went looking for solutions, and I found this. Gonzo was clearly much more comfortable during his hoof trim, and the adjustability of the sling allowed me to fit him around him snugly. It feels very sturdy as well. I'm grateful to have found something to help me make Gonzo's life a little better.

Zero stars - below zero!!
This thing is a nonsense. Maybe a white slim 25lbs street terrier would stay in it - if it’s tightened and tranquilized. Or like that poor sad pupper in their pictures. The stoppers/adjusters slide off the position without me even lifting my 98lbs pitbull. Velcro straps have “hooks” on only 2.5-3 inches on the end - which wouldn’t allow this nonsense to sit on top of the dog for even a moment. The dog moves towards walking - and leaves the entire thing behind immediately. When it finally got on my nerve and I did manage to “somehow” lift him - the front section was severely choking him. It’s a good idea folks to fit it on a real alive dog before you try and sell this ridiculousness. I’m not sure yet - most likely will be returning it (got it less than an hour ago) and need it only occasionally for my 17 years old bull. Construction itself is about 2.5 out of 5, but it would not last on a heavy dog. He probably wouldn’t slide out it as some reviews say - but it is most definitely NEITHER COMFORTABLE or SAFE. It doesn’t feel safe even when it’s not on a dog - it’s this flimsy, clanky, weak product of computer engineering that has never been fitted on a real dog. So if you didn’t buy it yet - do not buy it ever! My word you will not be happy with it!
