BauerfeindGenuTrain P3 - Patella Knee Support - For Misalignment of the Kneecap - Right Knee - Size 5 - Color Titanium

Got this after a knee injury that kept me from running/using the elliptical. My main problem is my kneecap moving up and down in a zigzag pattern instead of straight up and down. This brace works great to isolate the kneecap and keep it moving up and down in the proper track. It’s comfortable to wear, not too hot and has an adjustment strap for smaller knees to be snugged in. I have no knee pain now running 30-40 minutes at a time. I only wear it when exercising but my knee pain coming down stairs has also been largely eliminated. Much better option than the orthopedic doc’s suggestion to ‘go in and dig around’. German company so high quality.

Ordered a size 1 but I need a bigger size a 2 or maybe even a 3. I can’t even get it over my calf so I obviously can’t use it and there are no returns. I wanted to order a bigger size, but it was so far our for delivery so I took a chance on the size 1. Just had TKR and will be heading to a different state and thought it would be good support for a long day going through several airports. Even if it were the right size there would be way to much tugging and jarring my knee to get it on. Seem too tight in any size.

Not enough compression equals not enough support.

It did an awesome job on my holding my knee cap from moving around. I have a total knee replacement about 20 years ago and the knee cap had broken loose from the adhesive that was holding it in place.Was told I should have a surgery to clean it up and pull a tendon over the front of the knee for protection. That's when I purchased this knee support from Bauerfeind to help it stay in place. Pain is gone and I'm doing well.

Bought it in April 2022 and it broke in March 2023. Then I sent them a message for warranty claim.Took 6 days to get the reply and they asked me for my address and told me "We can get a new one out.". Okay I sent them my address.HOWEVER, after I reply with my address, they NEVER replied again. No replacement, of course.I tried to contact them. No reply.Very disppointing customer service. Making their customers upset.

I want to really thank Bauerfeind for making this amazing knee brace! I give it the highest rating! My daughter is a high school wrestler and dislocated her kneecap to the lateral outside two months ago. We tried several braces, but none could provide the support needed for such a contact sport. We had given up, she told her coach she was quitting for the season. I saw this and thought I'd give it a shot. It was a miracle! It even has a little strap to pull the patella in tighter! She was able to finish her senior year wrestling season and place at the state tournament! The ribbing is firm but soft enough to be allowed during competition.

I bought this for my son and not even a whole season of volleyball the stitches were already coming off. I contacted the seller and no respond. Tried several times but no respond at all. My son seem to like the product itself but I'm not coz for the price it should at least last him 1 volleyball season but didn't. And the worse was that the company never responded.

Very good brace. Retail price is EXPENSIVE AS HELL but this was a decent price. Recommended.
