Fun little fidget toy
My son is mesmerized by these and will roll them up and down his arms for hours. They are quite fun but are made of very thin metal so they do bend or warp over time, once this happens they are not as easy to use and do not move as smoothly up and down your arm.

All ages LOVE this!
Roll it all the way up your arm as far as you can, then go back down your arm. For added fun, put your hands together & roll it onto your other arm, OR someone else’s arm! Hint: feels great on bare skin! Very relaxing & soothing! Ahhhh ….

Fun and inexpensive, but only holds interest briefly
The arm flow rings are fun to watch, and were fun to for my grandson to play with... briefly... but there is not much you can do with them but run them up and down your arms, so he lost interest quickly.

It's ok, but not quite as cool as I thought it would be
I got to give it to the people that made the listing videos for this thing. They really made it look more interesting than it actually is. It really has about a 1 minute playing with it before I ran out of things to do with it. It's kinda like having a Slinky, but no stairs in the house to play with it on. Making it go from hand to hand gets old pretty quick. But, it is pretty cool. Being a retired machinist I would really like to see how this was made. It looks a lot like a long curling chip coming off a part being turned on a Lathe. Sometimes when turning stainless steel and taking a pretty deep cut it can produce something that looks a lot like this thing. One big difference is the curly thing coming of a Lathe will have a razor sharp edge on it. That makes it something NOT to play with! Unless you like getting deep cuts stitched up!

My NV/ASD Autistic Son LOVES These
I saw a quick vid for these on FacistBook, and thought it would be an interesting get, (I didn't even read the add and didn't realize the cost was for TWO, so double-bonus there), and maybe something to entertain the lad, but when they arrived it was sooooo much more than that. First of all, he plays with them all the time, and rarely does he focus like that, Secondly, these things are TOUGH, a lot more durable than they appear, and can take dropping and throwing and squishing in stride and bounce right back for more. Third, the tactile sensation when they roll up and down your arms is simply mesmerizing, and drops your stress level to nothing in a heartbeat. GET THEM, you'll thank me later.
