I ordered a size (or two depending on the garment!) larger than normal based on other reviews about them running small. I’m so glad I did! They fit so comfortably and come up over my belly without being uncomfortably tight. I just ordered three more packs! I don’t have periods any more but do have little leaks once in a while. These seem to handle that fine. I also like the material…it feels like it is breathable…much better than the nylon panties I bought years ago. Much healthier. They survived the first wash no problem and seem like they are durable. No leaks, wore all day on my bartending shift with a pretty heavy flow and stayed dry and clean. I waited until I tested them overnight, and after going through the washer/dryer to leave a review, and still perfect! I bought a size up bc the other reviews say the belly band is tight and they fit great, my ONLY dislike is that the band around the belly is still tight enough to give me a muffin top but not tight enough to be uncomfortable. These hit below the belly button and are just shy of pulling over my hips on the sides, so not the most flattering fit, but they are period panties. I would not categorize them as high waist; they are mid-waist. Perfect for light flow and tight pants since they don’t make a panty line at the bottom.
