Usage context: Bought this mouthwash after seeing rave reviews about whitening. I usually use TheraBreath, which I prefer overall, but I wanted to compare. Expectations vs. reality: While this Crest mouthwash does leave my mouth feeling fresh and clean, I didn’t notice any real whitening effect. That makes sense, because for ingredients like hydrogen peroxide to truly whiten teeth, you need prolonged exposure — much longer than the 30–60 seconds of rinsing you get with a mouthwash. So while it works fine as a daily rinse, it shouldn’t be expected to noticeably brighten teeth. Details: Flavor: strong mint, leaves a lasting fresh feel. Whitening: no visible results even with consistent use. Cleanliness: mouth feels refreshed and rinsed well after use. Comparison: I personally prefer TheraBreath for everyday use, but Crest Pro-Health gives a stronger, sharper mint kick. Not burning taste, feels good

The next best product to Listerine Extra Whitening, which is no longer sold. I pair this with Sensodyne Extra Whitening toothpaste and Braun Oral B power brush. Women loves my smile, so do I. It’s nice to pay for something that actually works. The photos shows before (left) and after (right) I brushed. So I have been using this trio of paste, mouthwash and the brush I mentioned for some years now. Plus I get approval from my dentist. So you be the judge. Hope the best for you.
