Here is the air purifier which works and I have tested it intensively. I am attaching screenshots of the test and share it with you all so it can help in your purchase decision.Air purifiers are basically fans with a filter/cloth called HEPA filter. This can catch mold, pet hair, PM 2.5, or bigger particles not visible to the human eye and smoke.Now to this air purifier, it is very well built and the front snap exposes the massive HEPA filter which needs to be replaced periodically.The functions are visible in the first image, the number you see on screen is how much PM 2.5 is in your air, the number should be lower than 25-30.The speed goes from 1 to 3 and on 3 you can definitely listen to the fan blowing. It has a smart AI mode which decides speed based on air quality in the room. Sleep mode is highly effective and you can sleep easily without noticing it is running.Now, the moment of truth does it work. Instead of trusting the in-built sensor, I bought another one off Amazon to test its claim.Test 1- Air quality coming out from the purifier, as you can see in image 2, PM 2.5 are nearly zero here hence, it works in room conditions.Test 2- Let us take things to next level, what about the vehicular exhaust. I put it in my sealer indoor-garage for 60 minutes and came back to see two things- first, can it notice the air is bad, and second, can it fix the air quality. You can see in image 3, PM 2.5 levels shot up from 14 to 366, please note this is very harmful to your lungs equivalent to smoking 2-3 cigarettes a day. As you can see, the air purifier detected air quality is bad as the blue light bar turned to a red bar. Also, my handy orange hand-held air monitor suggests though the air is poor around me, the Taotronics air purifier is reducing PM 2.5 from 366 to 86 which is pretty impressive.Test 3- I test how it reacts to smoke be it cooking, burning leaves, etc. This is to simulate a kitchen or forest fires. Here again, the PM2.5 shot up to 336 from normal 10-20 in my room indicating air quality is deteriorating.Whereas, the handheld monitor indicates the air is being filtered to levels safe to breathe which is commendable.To sum up, it is well built and it works effectively as promised and I approve for its use.

My old Winix air purifier is up for a new filter replacement. Considering the price of a new filter, I expanded my search to a new air filter. And I'm glad I did. I bought a Taotronics personal battery powered fan before and had a very positive experience with its quality and design so I purchased this air purifier.I've been using this purifier for more than a week. Here is what I like about this air purifier:1. It looks good with all the round corners and curvy lines. Instead of Winix's industrial look, this purifier blends into my home much better.2. It's really quiet. Many times I had to check on it to make sure it was on.3. The air quality indicator with PM2.5 numbers is helpful. It gives a better idea what the room air quality is.4. The timer that can set to turn off in interval of 1, 2, 4, 8 and 12 hours. It's just a handy feature.5. The digital display. It gives it more modern look and shows useful info.Now what I think this air purifier can improve on:1. The tabs to take off the pre-filter are right tight. To a point I was worried to break them and had to re-read the manual to make sure.2. The digital display is not always on. And because this purifier is super quiet and sometimes I had difficulty to tell whether it was on or not. I had to use my hand to feel the air flow to tell. Maybe the not-always-on display is to prevent screen burn. It's no big deal but just something you need to be aware of.3. The beeps. Changing settings will cause beeps. It's not a problem during the day but at night times you would hope they are not there.Overall we're satisfied with the purchase. It serves our needs well. We do feel a difference about the room air quality. Hope my review can help someone who's also searching for an air purifier.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This product is amazing! The manual provided easy to understand setup instructions! It took about 3 minutes to setup. Once setup, I was able to turn on and see the quality of the air immediately. In a 2300 sq ft house the quality was at 250!!! Within 30 minutes the quality went down to 15!!! The fan setting allows you to control how loud it is as well as how quickly it cleans the air in your house and the screen is also shows the quality in colors, green for on the cleaner side, yellow for medium clean air and red when air is dirty. It has an artificial intelligence setting that will remember how often you use it and turn itself on when it needs to. You also have the option to set up the times you want it to turn on which is great for those of us who are forgetful. I was amazed at how accurate and well this machine works. On cleaning days when I dust and vacuum and the dust and such is moved into the air you can see the quality go up and then back down as it works. I made sausage one morning and turned it on in the afternoon and it was at 285!!! Within 15 minutes it was back down to 15. I love that it’s also compact and doesn’t take up much space. I have noticed my allergies have gotten significantly better than they usually are this time of year and that’s after battling bad allergies for the last 5 months!! This was a godsend!!

I suffer terribly from allagies. Pollen, pet hair, dust particles all trigger uncontrolable sneezing fits and enflamed nasal senses. It's often painful and diminishes my quality of life. To counteract the effects, I have several compact air purifiers located around the home, but due to their size they are only moderately affective. It was time for an upgrade.This air purifier from TaoTronics has significantly improved the air quality in my home. It has a genuine HEPA filter and a choice of three fan speeds so it provides an affective and more importantly, a consistant level of air filtering. There's also a really useful LED display which shows the air quality in numbers and colours.Other useful options include a sleep timer and a child lock to prevent inquisitive young minds from randomly pressing buttons. The ambient noise level is low enough for me to sleep with it active in my bedroom and the unit is light enough for me to move it freely around the home without any assistance.I'm chuffed with my purchase. The air purifier looks stunning and performs superb. The quality and functions at this price have all exceeded my expectations and I would have no hesitation in recommending this air purifier. It's brilliant.

With current situation trying to keep healthy got this air purifier for main living room.Designed nicely , eye friendly colour doesn’t stick out from rest of the furniture.On begging just read manual and will explain how to set up, just make sure you remove front panel and remove all packaging around filter before start the main unit otherwise it will be making struggling noice .Suction from frond and blows out from top not from back as some models, so can be close to wall as well.On top user friendly lcd display which quite away to read and set up.It has its own clever filtration technology which detects air quality and also shows on display the life of the hepa filter .Speed can be set up I mainly left it on auto mode which controls speed depending from need.Also has child lock on left side which ideal to keep little ones away from settings.Main power cable around 3m long which ideal to reach far sockets.Overall strong powerful filter, ideal for bigger families.

Wir sind total überzeugt von luftfiltern im Haus wir besitzen bereits ein markengerät was über 400 € kostet. so komisch das auch klingt das Gerät ist uns nachts einfach etwas zu laut stört und beim Schlafen deswegen haben wir jetzt ein leiseres Gerät gesucht und natürlich eins was vielleicht nicht gerade so teuer ist um es im Schlafzimmer zu stellen und das andere ins Wohnzimmer.Eins vorweg diese luftfilter Geräte Filtern nicht nur Staub aus der Luft sondern durch die kohlefilter auch Gerüche, Feinstaub und tierhaare.wenn meine Frau mal wieder mit den zwiebelbraten übertreibt und unsere abzugshaube nicht schafft den Geruch aus der Küche zu kriegen stellen wir immer eins dieser Geräte mit voller Leistung für eine halbe Stunde in die Küche und der Geruch ist wegAber das alles nur nebenbei unsere markengerät steht jetzt im Wohnzimmer und wir haben uns jetzt dieses hier gekauft es ist etwas kleiner und es ist mit den integrierten nachtmodus deutlich leiser so dass man ohne Probleme schlafen kann selbst wenn das Gerät läuft.Das Gerät an sich hat er ein schönes Design es hat drei filterstufen. Einen automatikmodus einen schlafmodus. Das Gerät hat auch einen eingebauten Sensor dieser ist wenn man die Klappe aufmacht über den Ventilator dieser Sensor misst die luftqualität und im automatikmodus wechselt das Gerät automatisch zwischen den Stufen je nach luftqualität.Das Gerät Zeit in verschiedenen Farben wie die luftqualität ist.Ich wollte gerne eine Bewertung zu diesem Gerät schreiben aus dem Grund da ich finde dass hier die Preis-Leistung wirklich stimmt und wie oben schon erwähnt sind wir sehr überzeugt von diesem luftfilter Geräten denn wie oben schon erwähnt wir haben ja noch das andere Gerät was bereits schon viele Monate im Einsatz ist und wir über die Zeit gesehen haben und auch gemerkt haben dass man erstens deutlich besser nachts schläft morgens keine verstopften Nasen oder Rachen hat weniger hustet und meine Frau sagt mir selbst dass ich deutlich weniger schnarchen nachts wie bevor wir das Gerät hatten.Natürlich muss das jeder für sich selbst entscheiden ich sage nur meine bzw unsere Meinung. Das wichtigste ist ihr müsst unbedingt drauf achten wenn ihr so ein Gerät kauft für wie viel Quadratmeter ist geeignet ist wenn als das Schlafzimmer nur 20 Quadratmeter hat sollte man auf jeden Fall eins holen was für 40 bis 50 geeignet ist. Immer ein etwas größeres holen da es dann mehr Luft Volumen filtert als kleinere Geräte und es auch mehr flexibel ist weil er es auch noch für andere Räume benutzen könnt die vielleicht etwas größer sind.Ich hoffe ich konnte manchen die Entscheidung hier etwas erleichtern oder einige Fragen mit dieser Bewertung beantworten vielen Dank.

We got this Air Purifier for our living room and all I can say is its a great addition to the room.Air Purifier arrived in a nicely packaged box and out of the box it looks brilliant. Quality of the make is good and it looks royal and great addition to the living room.Its very quiet and does not make any noice which was an issue with old Air Purifier we had which needed replacement. This one has 3 fan modes which is easy to control and we generally use the Auto mode which intelligently changes the fan speed automatically when required.Another key feature which we love is - it displays the air quality which is great. Also, display is good and instructions says it will alert when filter change is required.Its a great peace of mind for us now for me & my family. Its worth the price I paid for the features it offers.Very pleased and highly recommended !!!

Bought this as since getting a cat my partners been having to take hayfever tablets daily and constantly sneezing and stuffy. Set up was easy, plugged in and it read the room air quality as 45 very high! within half an hour it had reduced down to 5 and it's been on smart mode super quiet and had for a couple of weeks and partner hasn't needed a hayfever tablet since he was sceptical about it but it's made a huge difference in a short amount of time.
