As expected.
My son turned 13 this past weekend. He asked me to make revani for his birthday. After googling and finding a feasible recipe, I ordered this seminola. It is a super fine ground and the cake came out beautifully - it results in a different texture than just all purpose flour - but is still soft just more dense and a bit grainier - almost like cornbread. We have shared with family for his birthday dinner and with our neighbors.

Not very happy. Just got this yesterday and used it today. The flour is full of weevil’s. I would definitely not purchase this again.
