This is essentially like bed of nails acupuncture mat. I really enjoy it. I roll the 2 spiked balls under my feet which feels great. I lay on the mat naked as well. I can stand about 5 minutes at a time off and on for 30 minutes. I've been using the mat 2x a day or more. I've thought about a second one to add together for length.Price point was good 23$ for thr 5 piece set w carry bag. Which does come in handy for easy storage

Not sure if it’s a positive or negative but I noticed in comparing this to other shakti mats it’s not a pokey. I love to stand on it barefoot whenever my feet ache from standing too long. It helps with blood flow and my feet and ankles feel better in no time.

Was unsure how I’d feel, this may is amazing, my back & neck felt great!! Even tried standing on it, that will take some getting used to, overall happy with my purchase

This is a nicer model than other mats of the same price and type. The cushion is a little bigger and more filler, which gives you more padding and spike surface area. Very happy with the colors as well. Also these things work like magic for muscle pain.

Bought because my boys are always hurting from sports all year around. They love it and says it works. They have even fallen asleep. I would not have a shirt on to do your back.My son would put the pillow on the arched part of his back that didn’t lay on the mat

The only thing this did for me was make my back itchy after I got up

Great product, great idea. My 84 year old skin is just too thin, sensitive & bruises & tears easily. I use really spikey balls on the bottom of my feet, but they are tough.

I bought this item because I need something that came help my back issues. I have arthritis, spondylosis and scholeosis all in my back. My muscles are knots due to this issue. I am hoping that this will help . No luck so far and I've used it twice every day for my 4 days. I'll update this in a week to let y'all know how this go and if it is worth it.

Great product if you are looking for something stimulating. If you want a massage to feel on the edge of painful, because that's how a massage is meant to feel, then you'll know what I mean. If you are looking for something delicate and comfortable, this isn't it, but after using it for a few minutes you will feel some relief.

This mat does exactly what it should, improves circulation, releases tension, minimizes pain. There are lots of these mats by different brands … this one is well made, nice material and all the spikes are perfectly attached. Easy removal of inside allows for cleaning.

Als ich meinem Schwager mein Leid geklagt hatte, empfiehl er mir diese Zaubermatte, diesen magischen Teppich, diesen Primus chinesischer Heilkunde.Das Teil war nach ein paar Tagen da und machte optisch erst mal nicht viel her. Natürlich habe ich mich dennoch draufgeschmissen und was soll ich sagen: Man soll ein Buch nicht nach seinem Einband beurteilen und den Tag nicht vor dem Abend loben. Zuerst fühlte es sich an, als würden sämtliche Fakire aller Herren Länder ihre Nagelbretter gleichzeitig in meine Rücken pressen, aber bereits nach wenigen Sekunden wich dieses Gefühl einer wohligen Wärme, wie man sie sonst vermutlich nur im Mutterleib erwarten würde. Da muss man richtig aufpassen, dass man da nicht bei einknackt und anschließend die ganze Nacht drauf liegen bleibt, so gut ist das Gefühl. Nach guten 25 Minuten bin ich also wieder runter und man glaubt es kaum, beinahe völlig schmerzbefreit und zu 100% mobilisiert. Habe die Prozedur am Folgeabend wiederholt und mein Fazit ist, dass ich Zeus, Thor und sämtliche anderen Biltzschleuderer nicht mehr fürchten muss, da diese Wunderwaffe selbst gegen den gemeinsten Schocker ankommt. 5 Sterne!
