Have caught everything from sunfish, fallfish, trout, pumpkinseed fish, small and large mouth bass, and even a freshwater eel one time. These catch fish, period. Great for low light conditions or stained water because of the gold blade. I have caught trout in bright light conditions as well. The only reason these don't get a 5, is the same reason why I like these lures. The hook is easy to remove. The painted body slides up the lure and then the hook is easily removed. But...always make sure the body of the spinner in slid down...especially after a good size fish. I will always buy these small spinners, exclusively for trout. Although I have landed smallmouth with these when in mixed waters.

I have the most luck using this spinner where I fish. Even beats my trout slayers and magnets! Great lure!

Panther Martin lures are my favorite for trout. They just work. The blade stops spinning with other lures nut not Panther Martins. The nlack and yellow one and the yellow and red work well as a pair. If fish aren’t biting one, try the other. One of them usually works.

I threw this on an ultralight 5' rod with 4 lb test, and it worked extremely well. Casted far (for an ultralight), the black + gold is great for dirty water, and the spoon spun very easily without very fast reeling. Caught 3 bass on it in 5 minutes, and got at least 7 other bites during a 2 hour session.

After an hour of using power bait worms at a slow rolling river with my daughter and zero luck, I switched to this Panther Martin and caught this nice brownie on the first cast. The second cast I lost the lure to tree over across the river so I bought a variety of sizes. But these exact lures end up on just about everyone's trout fishing lure shortlist and for good reason- they catch fish.

I purchased a Panther Martin #6 for a young neighbour. This is the most consistent go to lure i have in my large collection. I wanted him to develop a love for fishing with his Dad and this is the best lure to start out with and they are hard to find in stores.

I got the 1/16 black and gold spinner. It's the smallest lure they have I think. But it's hands down one of the best lures I own. Catches all kinds of trout almost every single time I use it.

Excellente cuiller très difficile à trouver c’est même extrêmement rare qu’elle soit disponible. Je confirme qu’il s’agit bien d’une PantherMartin d’origine car il existe une multitude de cuiller PantherMartin qui sont de très mauvaise copies. Tout cela explique qu’elles sont un peu chères.
