FosterGrant Ironman IronFlex IM1001 Men's Reading Glasses Semi Rimless Gun (Blue, 1.75)

Love these reading glasses! I've been using them for abut 1.5 years now. I first found a pair at Walgreen's on a 2 for 1 special. Yes, they are not made of titanium or even claim to be unbreakable; however, I carry mine in a soft case in my suit jacket at work, and I often carry them in a pants pocket when I am not wearing something with a chest pocket. I have been using the same pair under these conditions for 6 months with no trouble. Again, they will break if they are sat on or thrown, or anything extreme, but I have dropped mine on many occasions and they are still good to go! Perhaps best of all, my wife loves the way they look on me:-)

I love this glasses from the readability , looks, and weight, but boy, do they suck when it comes to reliability. As everyone that needs readers, I am paranoid about having reading glasses everywhere and anywhere I need them, so I don't just get one pair, I get 3+ and have them laying around in case I need them. So...I had 6 of Ironman IronFlex IM1001 pairs, and I am now down to 4...all because the bolts keep backing out of the nose pieces and the ear pieces and I am unable to find the bolts, so I end up with non-usable glasses. If the manufacturer is able to address that issue, you have some pretty awesome readers for the price.

I like these because they pretty much match anyone's style and they are not cheaply built.

Theses are my favorite reading glasses. Purchased to replace a lost pair. They are comfortable and easy to wear. I sometimes forget I’m wearing them.

The +1.75 lenses are perfect for reading, gaming, and arm’s-length work. The glasses are lightweight and initially fit my larger head very well. The problem is the rubber sleeve on the bottom curve of the arms (the part that rests over the ear). After a several months it detaches from the plastic, pressing uncomfortably on the top of the ear. This has happened on both pairs I’ve bought. Once it starts, the glasses are no longer comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. Excellent optics, poor build quality in that one spot. 3 stars.
