This puffy eye cream isn't really working for me, have been using it over a week and nothing has changed, I still have horrible puffy eyes. was worth giving it a try. packaged well and fast delivery

Product 1/2 gone in one jar
I found both lids loose on the jars (2 in a pack). One jar product half gone. Second time this has happened—last one purchased in a store. I love Soap & Glory products but am giving up on this item. Poor product control.

Came empty and dried out
I actually like this product and have been using it for more than a year. This two pack arrived with one of the lids not tight and the cream was dried out. I returned it.
