These are great headbands when I'm working out, or even if I'm just out and about and want to keep my hair (and sweat!) out of my eyes. They are very attractive and hold their shape very well, I haven't had any issues with them stretching out of shape. They are about 4 inches wide, and I like that because I like to cover part of my forehead with them. I have not had any issues of them slipping, and I have literally worn them for 4 or more hours straight while out hiking without having to adjust them.My only complaints are that the ones I recently purchased is that they are not the same as the ones I first got. The first ones I purchased were more of a silky feeling material, and they seemed to breathe better. My recent purchased ones feel more like a cotton blend, and while they both seem to do a good job of absorbing sweat, the new ones feel heavier and don't seem to dry as fast. I'm not sure if those ones were the ones that people complained about slipping or not, but it's possible. Usually I have to adjust my headband multiple times because it falls out of place.
