I have major upper back problems around my scapula and trapezius due to sitting all day and poor posture, I keep it next to my desk while I work so if my upper back starts knotting up I can get some relief.After using this a few times my upper back problems have gone away, which is saying a lot since I see a chiropractor once a week and get a professional massage once a month. I also find it to be very durable. I am a 180 pound male and I've put quite a bit of pressure on it since I like a deep tissue massage. This not only holds up but the massage balls are various sizes allowing for a more well-rounded massage. This will also change direction from clockwise to counter-clockwise after a few minutes. This is an added bonus because I have found that the counter-clockwise motion is not able to massage under my scapula but the second it changes directions it gets underneath which is a major plus since that is where I tend to get knots.Overall, five stars and well worth the purchase. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Better than those vibrating chair massagers *by K***Y on May 19, 2016* Definitely gets into the muscle.
