Honestly, the best air fryer out there. I bought the 7 quart back in March 2023 and it's been almost three years of use and it has never ever disappointed me! No temperature fluctuations, big enough to bake bread (not sourdough because it kind o), cakes, cupcakes, air fry anything, dehydrate fruit, veggies, even broiling! Best investment ever. Cooking time of course depends on what you're making, I haven't had any issues so far.

So far I love this air fryer. This is my third Gourmia. The first one lasted 7 years, the second one the glass cracked after just a few months. Decided to get this one, with NO glass and I would highly recommend that. This is much easier to clean! I find this one cooks quite quickly, and is fairly quiet compared to previous ones I have owned. I did have to order a rack, but that is just my preference, I like to stack foods to cook more at once. It does get quite hot on the exterior, that is my only complaint but you just have to be careful with any air fryer.

We are a family of 6 and this is the larger of the air fryers we own. I bought it in late Nov and it is used several times a day, mostly for chicken nuggets and other pre-frozen easy lunch foods. If you follow the air fryer directions on the back of packages you will burn all your food in this unit. It cooks a lot faster than your average air fryer, but with some adjustments to time and temperature we have had things come out well cooked and crispy. It also has a lot stronger of a fan then our other air fryer and past air fryers, which again is not really a negative, just something to be aware of. In the past we could cook a grilled cheese and only had to use one toothpick to keep everything together. This unit will blow the top bread right off your toothpick, so you have to use at least two and put them in at opposing angles.

This air fryer is a fantastic addition to any kitchen, especially if you value simplicity, reliability, and easy cleanup. Its real strength lies in its straightforward design—no unnecessary bells and whistles—just solid performance every time. It handles everything from burgers and pork chops to wings and even those tough-to-perfect (not breaded) chicken strips. Everything comes out beautifully cooked. If you're like me and prefer using olive oil to coat your wings or chicken, be aware that it tends to smoke more than peanut or coconut oil. If you go the olive oil route, it might be best to run the air fryer outside or under a vent (and don’t run the microwave at the same time). One final tip: go big. The 7-quart capacity is nice, but if you can afford a larger model, I’d recommend it. You’ll never regret having more room—especially when you're cooking for a crowd or don’t want to cook in batches.

This air fryer is GREAT! So much more space than my old one. I love how it preheats, and has a cook book with it, some wonderful recipes!💜

I had a Ninja, it was good but for value for money this Gourmia is excellent. It is a good size but not overly bulky. Good settings that are easy to understand and the food tastes sooo good! It is a fraction of the cost of a Ninja, so easy to clean too. An all round excellent air fryer

I had an expensive, complicated double drawer Ninja....this is way better and much easier to use. I love it!
