I don't recommend it. I ended up throwing it out shortly after purchasing it. **Q: Is this a freshwater or saltwater plant?** A: Neither, this plant will only live in freshwater for roughly a month or so until it dies. "Although it is not a true aquatic plant, it can survive beautifully for about three months when submerged in a tank." So, I'm on a timeline for these to die off. Also, I've ordered 6 of them. 3 came in bright green. 3 came in very dark brown. I'm assuming I have 3 live and 3 dead. Picked up the first two on impulse looking for foreground coverage before moving to taller plants. Got the next 4 to fill it out. Then I saw the difference in color, at which point I THEN started research. So. ultimately my fault, but these shouldn't be sold as aquatic plants if they'll only survive 3 months.
