Would a primer/paint apply over top of this? Im just looking to get a textured white finish on plastic.

You could apply primer over this paint after it has cured for a few days, for sure. However, that's am expensive way to get the result you're seeking. I've seen gritty white textured paint in a rattle can. I'd recommend to look around for something like that. But, yeah, let it cure fully and you can paint over it with most any paint or primer.

you need to get acura specific paint color. The color code should be on a tag on the inside of the trunk lid usually. or you an ask a service dept at the dealer where it is. they also should be able to supply either a spray can or touch up brush/pen with matched paint color
