I immediately then realized I had to push the button for the bristles to come out, I didn’t see the pins either till I took a closer look. I started brushing my dog and it didn’t seem like it was doing anything...boy was I wrong! It detangled the heck out my dogs hair (He’s a maltipoo for reference). This is effortless and not painful for him. I brush him everyday so this is great because the bristles won’t irritate the skin! Total game changer, I also notice his hair is somewhat softer because the brush gets the knots even at the skin, he also doesn’t pull his front legs away from me because of pain, nor does he mind when I brush his ears, I just love it so much. It’s a TAD awkward to hold lol especially because he’s small but nonetheless the performance is what actually matters to me. Please push away any possible doubts for this brush, it’s totally worth it.
