I wish the pads were better quality, they have a cheap-ish look and feel and I wonder if they will stay as comfortable on long rides ( 50 miles +). So far I have done a 40 mile ride with satisfying comfort. These are the best you can get for this price range, if you want a step up in comfort, you will have to pay more. With the shims, it fit my 26mm bars perfectly. **Q: Are these Adjustable?** A: You can adjust the width between the bars and the bar angle (up and down) as well as the rotation of the arm pads (outward to inward). Overall these are pretty easy to customize to your comfort. I started with them at a wider separation and later brought them in tighter (more aero, less comfortable). **Q: Does β€œclip-on” mean that the aero bars can be easily removed and reinstalled while the mounting bracket remains attached to the handle bar?** A: No. The bars are connected to the mounting bracket, so you will have to remove the mounting bracket from the handle bar in order to remove the aerobars. **Q: My handle bar is a "wing bar" (flat not round) would these Aerobars fit on it?** A: With great difficulty. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the fact that the bolts are too short and after adjusting the aero bar a few times they were not holding anymore.
