Great coffee maker
Great coffee maker really good coffee easy to operate

Mine broke after only 5 weeks.
I am a long time customer of Mars/Alterra. This is my 4th coffee maker I have purchased from them in the past 10-12 years. After only 5 weeks (and buying 3 cases of their coffee packs that must be used) it has stopped making coffee! I properly placed the coffee pack where it belongs and all I get is a half cup of hot water. I have searched high and low for troubleshooting tips, to no avail. I have also called Mars several times, nobody ever answers and after leaving several voicemails on their line nobody has bothered to call me. I now have a fairly expensive coffee maker that stopped working in 5 weeks, 1 week after the Amazon “return window” has closed. I’m very disappointed!

This product is complete junk!!!!!
I ordered this coffee pot in February 2023. It never worked well. Less than 5 months later, it doesn't work at all. Complete waste of money!!!
