It came cracked on the bottom and on the long arm but they're at angles that you can't see so I kept it. The color is gorgeous. It came in styrofoam box but the box didn't really fit it and that probably led to it being damaged. Hopefully they make the packaging better like using soft foam in addition to bubble wrap

This piece was really pretty and the colors vibrant.

The receiver loved the shell. The color was perfect.

The color of the actual glass is green and not transparent as it was by waves but just a different green. On the picture it is blue looks like sun is shining on it. Also the cut is not that detailed on the actual one and it just have any nice form. The designer was good obviously but the person who made this glass just did not care. Too bad.

The first one I received was broken. The tip was broken off. The replacement that was sent had the same issue. It’s a really pretty glass piece but the packaging is terrible. I see other reviews stating their item also arrived broken. This needs to be protected better for shipping.

Not what I was expecting. Pretty, but not a conch shell! I sent it back.

It arrived broken! It looked good and it was to be a gift. The tip was broken. It was heavy and appeared good quality which it probably was. I sent it back via a mailbox store yet it didn’t arrive to Amazon. I got charged for it after they refunded me! First time this happened. Very disappointed
