It speaks to me, telling me who is calling, folds in half so it can't accidentally call someone if I sit on it and it is organized quite well. I was able to figure out how to use a lot of it without even referring to the user's manual. I'd recommend it to anyone. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ITS NOT A SMART PHONE? JUST THE FACT THAT IT FLIPS CLOSED ELIMINATES ISSUES THAT FLAT FACE PHONES THROWN IN A PURSE CAUSES.ITS NOT A SMART PHONE?SO WHAT, IT DILES 911 AND TAKE OUT BRILLIANTLY. ### ⭐ This phone will not activate. *by C***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 13, 2018* I "was" an existing tackfone customer for many years, with a monthly plan. My phone broke, so I purchased this phone which was an identical model as the one that broke. I attempted to have my old phone number transferred to the new phone and to activate this phone. I spent at least an hour online with multi techs, and they could not do it. They placed a trouble call and asked me to phone back in 24 hours. So, I phoned back and spent an enormous amount of time on the phone with multiple techs AGAIN, and the problem was still not fixed. So, they asked me to phone back in 48 hours pending trouble call ticket. I did, and found that they had assigned a different phone number to my new phone, verses transferring my old one, and the phone was still not activated. Once again, multiple technicians tried to fix the issue over a very, very lengthy period of time on the phone. I finally asked to speak with a manager. The manager manually deactivated my old phone number and plan. and claimed to have transferred it to my new phone. She told me to call back in 3 hours and the phone would be fixed. Instead, once again, it was a new phone number assigned and still not activated, and on and on. Over a period of FIVE days, I spent countless hours on the phone with no fewer than 132 technicians and two managers, and could not resolve the problem, or even get the phone activated with a new phone number. I had had it. So, after, many years of service with them, I canceled my monthly plan, and I am returning this phone as well due to incompetent customer service.
