Goes down really easily. I have seen a little bit of weight gain (good weight) with this, but it has plateaued now, so it is effective and fit for purpose. I basically drink one shaker/scoop of this every day now on a morning, then drink a protein shake on a night. I had the cherry last month, I have the orange this month, and I'll try another next month and so on. Both taste really good and contain a decent amount of BCAA amino acids (although ive no idea what they do, I bought it as plain creatine is like drinking chalk). The orange has stained my shaker, but the cherry didnt at all so make of that what you will. With 1 shaker and maybe a scoop/scoop and a half a day, a tub lasts a month, so to me thats good value.
