Not quite what I needed, but still very helpful.
I haven't found these to be all-singing, all-dancing like some have said. They're helpful, but not as much as I would like. To be honest I'd almost given up on them as they had not delivered what I felt I needed. I had found something else that was much better as a cognitive enhancer and only returned to them as I wanted a way to use them up as I'd paid good money for them. Instead of taking two capsules of my main new one I started taking just one and a VitaMIND capsule, and I was rather surprised to find that I was being much more proactive, with a much greater 'push' to get on and do things than previously. I was to be honest experiencing a fair degree of procrastination and resistance to the job at hand and this has helped me cut through a lot of it. So, a serendipitous discovery but there you have it.

Affected Sleep
Taking these in the morning I felt unbelievably alter, awake and concentrated during the entire day.However, I couldn't sleep AT ALL after taking them, even when I had taken them first thing in the morning ~8AM.It was really frustrating and I didn't expect it. There isn't a huge caffeine content in the capsules so I don't know why and I'm generally fine sleeping at night even after a cup of coffee a couple hours before.Apart from this, so far so good. I'm on my feet all day and focus for long periods of time, I feel a healthy difference taking VitaMIND.

Brilliant, I wasnt sure if these were going to work or not, but a friend suggested I try nootropics as I'm working long hours across several jobs.I found I'm still alert and have energy even at the end of a long day, where before I would be struggling by the afternoon. Helps me to get that hour of paperwork done at the end of the day, rather then just staring at the screen achieving nothing.

Very sceptical before trying this product. After a week of using it all I an say is... Wow!!!Genuinely blown away by the positives from using this product!!The only negative is if you forget to take them!!!The cliche of does exactly what is says on the tin doesn't do it justice!!

I've tried similar products in the past but this is up there with the best.I typically take two capsules around midday which sees me through the afternoon with a noticeable improvement in my focus and concentration.The bottle they come in looks ace as well! - Great product.

Its only vitamins so not too much I can write, bought these supplements and feel great. Don't taste too bad either for supplements. Some made me gag but these were fine. Exactly what I wanted and expected.
