Colder than Sin, Toni AndersonInitially the storyline seems thin & as an excuse to get to the sex scene. No objections to that, well portrayed.There are some writers who one is able to predict exactly what will happen next. This is one of them. So far it is not very credible & is very shallow. The main thread being a woman in a male environments who suffers from their perceptions of what women are for.After 5% into this book it isn’t engrossing, lightweight and lacking any depth at all. The characters are flimsy, superficial and predictable. (Maybe Iv been spoiled by Charles Martin). 55% through and it has become less predictable. Previously there were too many irrelevant characters being introduced, too many to take note of. Later there are now a couple more who are lending more depth to the story. I will be glad when Iv finished it and won’t try to prolong it which to me is a sign of a really good book.

To be honest I hated Haley. She wasn’t “strong or brave” as they tried to make her. To be honest she worked in a mans world and didn’t have any sense of self preservation for a victim. I also hate promiscuity and the thought of being with one of my boyfriends friends beforehand is gross. Absolutely gross.

Absolutely loved this book. Haley and Quentins story was an emotional rollercoaster of a ride. Haley was a strong character whose past had given her issues but she worked through them, and Quentin was gorgeous.

Excellent story that pulls you in. Read almost all of the Cold Justice books now and I love the fact that all the stories are different. Every character is individual, some appear in other stories which gives continuity and a sense of team. But the books are still stand alone. I haven't read them in order. I will read them again. Heartbreaking story subject handled well with twists and turns to keep you on edge.

Excellent well worth the wait, loved the whole book. Awesome what a ride I read and read not wanting to put it down. Romantic Suspense at its best so glad I have all the earlier series all gripping stories . I recommend to everyone to get into this series hope for more soon please!! Thanks

I absolutely loved this book, by far my favourite book by Toni so far. Quentin and Haley were completely amazing. What Quentin did to keep Haley safe was fantastic. I could read this book again and again and I loved every single page.

I couldn’t put it down - a great series and escapism from reality, can’t wait to read the rest of the series

Toni Anderson is an amazing author. she keeps the suspense going on every page. I was hooked from the start , desperate to know what happened next. A real nail biter story.
