Herb Pharm: Whole Olive Leaf Extract, 1 oz (2 pack)

I have tried this recently for systemic Candida and it has helped a lot. Whenever I take supplements I have to start with a lower than recommended dosage, otherwise I have too much of die off symptoms. I started with 7 drops and took every other day....that way my body can adapt to it. This particular one contains alcohol, so I boil water, put the drops in a glass, add the water and let it stand til cool. I just re-ordered from another company that offers it alcohol free! I experienced a bit of headaches, achiness and stomach aches, so I knew the extract was working. Several days later I felt so much better, as it has helped with healing my intestinal tract.
