Where can I activate the warranty?

Good luck with that warranty process I was never allowed to activate mine and the company won't even acknowledge my purchase.

how manny times in the life of the phone can it be applyed

It’s best to do this yearly. With covid I’m applying it every 6 months because I have to sanitize my phone so much. It’s not a one time thing. So you’ll have to repurchase. But it’s so worth it!

If used on a phone & tablet & phone screen breaks & you need to use the warranty does this complete the warranty? Now if my tablet breaks no warranty?

The warranty can only be applied to one product (during registration of your warranty, you would select the device and that device is verified through the application that you would download on that specific device) So if you would like warranty on your phone and tablet, you would need to purchase two warranty products separately and apply one to each.
