Helps with constipation and I believe it helps with lowering my cholesterol. Mixes well with my morning coffee. Completely dissolves and no flavor.

Love this product, wish it was more affordable (especially with it being so high in gluten). Dissolved in my coffee really well, no taste, none of that clumping jello shot stuff in the bottom of the mug like you get with other soluble fibers. Effective; keeps me regular. Sometimes get sharp intestinal pain though, probably from the gluten. Works well otherwise.

This stuff really works. I have IBS and other issues with staying regular. I add 1 tsp with my protein shake, and this helps not only to absorb all the nutrients but also helps my food digest through the day. This stuff works, helped me poop. Blended well in my drink couldn’t taste that I added anything. It’s got great ingredients. Will def be buying again to keep me regular
