I add to my regular flavored drinks and never even know it's there. After gallbladder surgery this was very helpful as my system adjusted. They come in flavored options but I like the flexibility of non flavored so I can just add to whatever I want.

Great for on the go. I use these in between meals and it keeps me full so I won’t snack needlessly. There is no taste so it’s a great way to get water intake, also I mix with 10 ounces for the extra hydration.

Directions were misunderstood by me. Didn't realize I needed to use only a part of a " stick " so, yeah, it cleaned us out. Lol! Certain family members needed it often and have learned how much to use without over doing it. After that it works great and we a love the clear, tasteless, effect in a bottle of water. Genius! So easy to use after understanding how much works for each of us. Btw, even a whole stick didn't give any of us diarrhea. That's a plus at the very start.
