This dressing is super delicious & can be used in so many ways! Shipping was quick & packaged very well! Usually we grab a bottle at the local art show when chef Tim visits town but we couldn't wait to replenish! Thanks for making such a tasty product!Additional notes: when I opened my bottle, the cap was cracked, I messaged the seller right away and they sent me out 2 replacement caps! Suprisingly delicious!
I received my bottle today and decided to try the dressing in a salad. At first smell, I was worried it might taste overwhelmingly like vinegar as it smelled very strongly of it, but when I tasted it, I was pleasantly surprised. It is very mild and somewhat sweet, but not too much. I actually felt that I was eating healthier than I normally do with my other dressing. I am looking forward to trying it as a marinade for chicken!

Absolute best dressing
This is the best salad dressing I have ever tasted. The tiny bit of sweetness takes away the bite of the vinegar. It makes me want a salad

Best. Dressing. Ever. !!!! Have bought this many many times. Amazon just makes it easier to get now. Even though my first attempt to purchase thru Amazon it was damaged in transit, it was replaced and alittle surprise and note added….Thanks so much Chef Tim and team! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Delicious...oh so good!!
Love this product!! Taste wonderful on a Cucumber & tomato salad. I have also marinated chicken tenders in Chef Tim’s balsamic. I miss not buying this at one of the festivals Chef Tim usually attends but I’m so glad I could order more on Amazon! it needs NO refrigeration just shake vigorously before each use. Enjoy!

Love this stuff
My husband and I first tried this when Chef Tim was at a local fair and we fell in love with it!! I use it all the time in combination with his spicy blackened seasoning as a marinade for chicken and by itself on salad. It is pricey, but worth it!
