I received this item very promptly and in good packaging.  My issue with this product is that it has a flaw in the paint on the tip of the pink flower on the front of the bird on the right.  It looks like the paint missed spot in the paint process and the clear glaze was fired over it.  At first I thought it was a chip, but under further inspection it is a flaw in the initial paint process.  If it were on any other area of the bird, it probably wouldn't be noticeable, however it's right up front and center of the pink paint on the flower.  This was clearly seen through the clear packaging as well so I am little disappointed that the seller "didn't" see it initially and mailed out a defective product.
