There was a tiny little puddle from the lip (I used the first lid as aforementioned) which is nothing compared to full cups of tea on the floor in the past! Highly recommend and will purchase again so I have a few. Easy to clean and does not look ‘childish’ like some others I have purchased. A decent size which is deceptive - I have a small thermos flask and the content filled it up! I wouldn’t trust it in microwave either. **Q: Is the lid tightly fitting with hot drinks** A: Hi , yes the lid is fine with hot drinks.
