But our cockatiel is only 2 months old and still in training period. He is too young to realize not all cockatiels wear diapers lol. He is CRAZY for millet treats, so I simply put one down on the table to keep him sidetracked & was able to slip this over his head and velcro beneath the wings in about 30 seconds. He does, of course, nibble at it unless he's being entertained, but we use it when he's being entertained anyways cuz we don't want droppings on our shoulders or furniture.
