Although a little expensive, this is a very good pain killer, and it's safe to use for adults as well as children. The taste isn't terrible, and it's great for kids especially who cannot swallow pills (and yet the liquids are full of toxins). They are homeopathic so they are natural and safe to use. They are super easy to use - just twist the cap with the bottle upside down until 5 pellets drop into the lid, then remove lid and dump under your tongue - don't touch them. Nice and simple and effective.

I have used this product for years and love the convenience of the twist bottle cap dispenser. Most of the tiny balls are consistent in size but occasionally you get a larger one that won't go through the hole and tends to break in half. Other than that Arnica Montana has really worked on my bruises and pain in my ankle for a pulled Achilles tendon I've been healing for over 5 months now.

I am prone to bruising and this product works very well! Note: The pellets are tiny and the packaging tube is a little confusing. I use a fork to take the inner lid completely out or it is painstaking to try to get each pellet out of the little hole. Just be careful opening it after you do that or they will spill all over. Otherwise, the product is great! I take 5 pellets under the tongue the day before and after injections or if I get an unexpected bruise. It doesn't work immediately but I do think it helps considerably.

I really like this product. I heard about it and was looking for holistic remedies for pain and safe during breastfeeding. You can take this up to 3x daily and I’ve noticed if I’m feeling extra sore one day and I take this then it helps me feel significantly better the next, especially if paired with a topical arnica gel as well.
