This item does what it's description states but it is super messy and hard to clean up, not like caulk or even acrylic. And you can't paint over it. We used it to caulk around the windows in the doors since the outter side is red. It looks nice, did a decent job but don't make any mistakes or you'll regret it. I wish I would have trusted my 1st thought of buying caulk and having it tinted. And the instructions are in German lol
