Good basic replacement set for my bike.
Great full set of basic hydraulic brakes. But you should know how to work on hydraulic brakes, I had to replace the rear hose to run it through the frame. You need to pay attention to the house length, mine was a tight fit but it still fit. I replaced the factory brakes which just stopped working, but I had the tools I needed to work on hydraulic brakes. Ah yes, the old argument of hydraulic vs cable. Both are easy to work on once you have the tools you need. Cable brakes don't need many tools.

The calipers and rotors are great. The brake pads are horrible.
The inside piston of the calipers is not adjustable so just be aware of that. These are not a replacement for hydraulic brakes in that sense. The rotors are strong and accurately sized. The pre-installed brakes pads however are genuinely horrible. It's the cheapest slab of metal they could find in the shape of a brake pad. I gave them a week to wear in and they never gained more stopping power and they never stopped squeaking. The sound is unacceptably loud and annoys others around you. Do yourself a favor and buy cheap $12 semi metallic pads to replace the metallic pads and you will be so much happier. Your stopping power will increase and they won't make a high pitch noise when you brake.

Very pleasantly surprised
First off, the handles came American style. Meaning front brake on the left rear brake on the right. Unlike some other reviews my product came unscratched unused and sealed in its packaging. It was in perfect condition. I believe that a lot of these companies have issues with quality control versus the actual products being bad. I wasn't sure about the long handles but after using them I realized that if you're a one finger breaker and you set the handle for your finger to land right at the end it gives you a ridiculous amount of modulation control. Far more control than I've ever had on the shorter single finger or two finger levers. Also unlike other breaks I've tried, these have not leaked at all. I've bled them twice since I've gotten them just to see if any air is getting in. It was so minimal it wasn't even really worth mentioning. All in all, for 40 bucks these are definitely worth it. Provided you get a set that was checked before it left the warehouse. The last breaks I had were the zoom breaks and I had to order them twice because both times the handles were leaking hydraulic fluid. These are actually good brakes. If they can support me hopping on my front or back wheel, then they're doing about as much as they need to. I highly recommend

Beaten up looking on arrival.
Right after I opened the box I noticed that the bags holding the screws had nothing in them and one of the levers look like it was dropped. I still installed them on my bike but being beaten up looking on arrival drops a star for me.I was able to change the set up from left to right easy enough as these are set up different than what I am used to. Either way swapping the cables was easy. What was not as easy was trying to get the cable off the brake itself. I had to do that to run the cable inside my bike frame but all that ended up happening was the screw holding the cable into the brake rounded. I ended up stopping before ruining anything and just routed the cable outside the frame.I ended up having to add a little oil after the swap and trying to route the cable inside the frame but i figured I would have to do that. This was easy to do with these brakes. So far the brakes seem fine. They stop the bike and there is plenty of stopping power in them. So no issues with functionality.
