Great for baking keto bread
This is weird stuff, but exactly what you need as one of the ingredients when making keto bread. It is ridiculously light in texture and flies all over the place when you take it out of the packet if you are not careful! Nonetheless, it does it job and keto bread turns out lovely!

Worth the money for a high fibre flour. No calories or carbs.
Great for baking cakes and bread. Gives added bulk and best off all no calories and very filling from the fibre. I also add it to my yogurt to make it more thicker. I highly recommend this product if you are looking for high fibre, no carbs or calories. You couldn’t want a better product than this.

works well when properly mixed
i use this in microwave protein cake recipes amongst other things and it seems to do a better job with those when compared to finer grain oat fiber. the fluffiness is quite pronounced and it has less of a nutty flavor (more neutral) comparably so it depends on your use and taste. so far im liking it if for that use alone. will try other recipes evenutally.

Keto bread ingredient🍞
I always buy this brand because I know it’s genuine oat fibre which is low in carbohydrates high in protein. It’s a vital ingredient for my keto bread recipe.

Perfect Hot Water Crust
First time using oat fibre so can't comment on how it compares to other brands, but can say it made a superb hot water crust pastry for a keto pork pie. Staggeringly good, in fact. Would never have guessed it is keto. Made two versions, one using lard for a pork pie including jelly, the other beef dripping for a gravy based pie, both very good indeed. Tasty and robust pastry that didn't let a drip of jelly or gravy out, nice and crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Highly recommend for anyone reducing carbs and craving carby favourites.

Like fluffy little bits
I've had oat fibre from 2 other brands before and being out of stock, I came accross this one from yourhealthstore. This is nothing like my previous oat fibre which come as fine powders. They should really put up a picture of the contents so here it is. Nevertheless, I gave it a shot, but it was awful. I used in making dough and courgette fritter. It does not mix into anything, stays like little fluffy clumps, absorbs any oil making a veggie fritter not only clumpy, but heavy and greasy. In the dough, as other users have mentioned it stays like little cotton bits and doesn't integrate. The texture feels like finely shredded paper or cellulose which gives these little cotton bits of fluff.

Good for microwave protein cakes
Well like some others I'm not 100% convinced this is actually oat fibre. Personally it seems like it could maybe bamboo fibre or something, but that is just a guess. I mean it just so different from other oat fibres and the fact from my research, the nutritional label should be labelled as 194cals as fibre should be calculated as 2cals per gram in the EU wether it is soluble or insoluble! That being said it works amazing in my microwave protein cake recipe! Nothing else I tried worked though, mostly just turned to glue, but probably just my fault as there is very few recipes to base anything on.
