Sold me a broken product
I’m so upset! I bought my daughter this as her main Christmas gift and she never got to even play it once! The screen blacked out and the device turned off during the set up process and not it will not turn back on at all or charge. I purchased this item at the very end of October so now I’m not even able to get a refund because it’s out of the 30 day window. I’m out of almost $500 and my daughter’s Christmas was completely ruined! If I could give 0 stars I would. Please do not make the same mistake I did and purchase this product! Also, this is a widespread issue by the way with a new update on the metaquest that is ruining the devices and no one is doing anything to rectify the situation.. Completely unacceptable in this economy! For the price this shouldn’t come with these types of issues!

Doesn’t work
I bought this oculus for my son’s Christmas. So it wasn’t open until Christmas, today. After charging for hours, and doing the factory reset and all the trouble shooting it isn’t working. They refuse to do anything!! Amazon put in an A-Z claim so hopefully I can get my money back. I am fully willing to return the product in original box and everything. They down right refused to help at all!! So I have a boy with no Christmas on Christmas. This companies customer service is terrible!!!! Return windows should include exemptions for Christmas. I would even be fine with a replacement after the product was returned. They will not even do that. Terrible!
