It gives me a deep, professional clean and makes my smile whiter. I was going to try a whitening toothpaste but it turns out that’s not what I needed. Just a deeper clean. I drink a lot of tea and recently started drinking coffee and both can stain. But my teeth are whiter than ever from using this toothpaste! My teeth even feel smooth the next morning. A little goes a long way so it’s a great value for the money. The tiny tube lasted me about 2 months and I brushed twice a day. It isn’t thick it’s more of a thin consistency. But yeah I never write reviews but had to for this one.

I love this toothpaste!! I love the flavor! It tastes to me the way a green tea bag smells. It gives me a deep, professional clean and makes my smile whiter. I grew up in Germany, and Ajona toothpaste was a staple until I moved to the States 20 years ago. Getting used to the toothpaste here was hard. I don't really like artificial peppermint flavor (and the chill feeling it leaves in your mouth). Wintergreen is even worse - makes me gag just to think about it. So I was thrilled when I found I can get my old favorite Ajona on Amazon now. I like the hint of licorice it has instead of that ubiquitous peppermint, and it is really wonderful to my gums as well, which are less prone to irritation or bleeding. It also helps with tooth sensitivity to heat or cold. Another nice feature of the product is that a little goes a very long way. A lentil-size amount will give you plenty of foam and a good clean feeling. My last tube was good for me for an entire year, and I brush mornings and evenings (and use a waterpik flosser).
