It rained in my house 5 days after installing it
I couldn’t believed that after purchasing the second bucket and installed it as the first with no problems. 5 days later my ceiling started leaking.

I used this on my shed roof. It sealed everything nicely, easy to use and has held up great so far

This product was wonderful. I was able to use it immediately on my aluminum roof and so far it has remained in nice condition. I would definetly recommend this to a friend.

Flaking 1 year after installation
Purchased this product in August of 2023, use is on a metal mobile home roof. On roof today October 6th 2024 and noticed that after two full coats that it is all flaking off.
