Is this brand gmp or glp certified? i cannot tell from the description or photos

I used this product for 3 nights did not help me sleep and gave me really bad headaches so I threw the bottle away

Why so much melatonin? 10mg a pill? My doctor specifically told me that too much is counterproductive—and he was talking about more than 6mg.

Everyone’s needs are different. 10 mg is the maximum dosage. Your night time routine and your exposure to blue light makes a huge difference with its effectiveness. If you take melatonin regularly your body will need more as time goes on. This pill would be so much more convenient in meeting individual needs if it were halved, and then you could opt for one or two pills per night as needed. For those needing 3 mg or less, before increasing, I’d add 100 mg L-Theanine, because it’s very effective as well.

Is this product kosher?

I would think so as it is marked suitable for vegans. The bottle does not have the kosher symbol though.
