How do you change the lightbulbs?

I bought this item, plugged it in once, and stored it away. I haven't had the need to investigate changing the bulb yet, Sorry!

Does this attract gnats and noseeums? Noseeums are very tiny like gnats.

Yes anything that flies and goes in there gets zapped!!! I love this and we most likely get another for my basement
