Works well, but not perfect.
They are as stated, so I wont go into the positives, as that's simply saying they work as advertised. So I'll just list off a few of the downsides, which is really just three of them.Syncing.. This is a HORRIBLE experience. I have had to do it 4 times now the past three weeks of use, as they keep losing the sync with the app and with alexia. When you try to sync them, 9 times out of ten, they wont sync with the app (SmartLife). When you do finally get it to sync (in my case I have ceiling lights which uses 3 bulbs) only one bulb out of 3 sync. I have to keep redoing them over and over till all three do (and I'm not exaggerating when I say 20 times), or keep getting up on a ladder to unscrew the one that did sync to try to sync the other two. Which leads us into another issue, if you accidently turn off the light switch instead of using Alexia, and the switch is off for an extended period of time, I had had to redo the process all over again.Second issue, the colors don't really match the color spectrum of the color you select, its weird, some colors seem to work, others are not.Last issue, when dimming them, such as when I tell Alexia to turn the lights to 10%, the lights don't really dim past like 40%. I have found if I want it dim in the room, I need to select a color like blue, and dimmed, to actually make the lights dim.Other than that, the lights do work. I use them, and I'm not going to say I wouldn't recommend them, as they work for me, but if I had to do it all over again, I would not purchase these same bulbs.

AWESOME with minor (avoidable) set up issues
Awesome!! BUT set up can be a PIA (pain in the a$$). Few tips to help you avoid the hassle and waste of time that I just went through. 1) Make sure your Wi-Fi is set to 2.4 and not 5G. 2) Make sure your Bluetooth is enabled. 3) Make sure the light is blinking rapidly before pairing. If your light doesn't blink rapidly then turn it off and on three or four times and it will go into pairing mode (blink rapidly). My issue was that my Bluetooth wasn't enabled as that helpful tidbit wasn't mentioned in the instructions. Caution, if strobing lights is an issue for you health-wise, I'd suggest having someone else do the set up for you. When everything is set up perfectly it pairs very quickly. You can tell that it isn't going to work if it takes more than 20-30 seconds to find your device. If it goes beyond that, it's most than it's likely not going to to pair but it will try for at least a minute and a half. That's a minute and a half of constant strobing which you may have to go through several times if set up doesn't work right away. Note, you can set all the bulbs up at the same time but Idk if I'd recommend that if you want to name/assign each light to it's corresponding room (e.g. LVR, bedroom, etc.) - you won't know which bulb you're renaming before adding it to the app. Aside from the set up hiccups that I ran into, the light itself is fantastic. I also have some Philip's Hue lights and comparatively these are better imo. The white lights are far superior. They are super bright and everything in between - cool to warm, bright to dim. They have more white options than the Hue. The app for these lights also has the same options that the Hue has which I love: timers, array of colors to choose from, scenes and moods, etc. And the price is a fraction of the cost compared to the other smart bulbs. I'm crossing my fingers that they have the same longevity. Time will tell.

Good bulb, but will not fit my globe fixtures
We find these bulbs a good value for the money. Here's the breakdown.Pros:1. Relatively easy setup once you figure out how to get it into pairing mode.2. Brighter than our Sengled bulbs3. Better color saturation than our Sengled bulbs4. Thus far, lower failure rate than our Sengled bulbs OR my Phillips Hue bulbs.5. Good value for the price for multicolor functionality compared with non color Hue bulbs.Cons:1. (This is a big one) this bulb is not the exact size of an A19 bulb. E26 base is fine, but the bulb is too big to fit my globe fixtures over them. In this case size matters. The globes just skim over a real A19, so a millimeter of difference means it cant be used in those fixtures (my favorites).2. Requires setting the bulb up with a separate app before Alexa can find it and set it up.3. Pairing. Could stand more precise instructions. I'll give some below based on my experience.ABOUT PAIRING:Ok. Here's what works for me. Once you have the SmartLife app ready to look for the bulb, and it tells you to put the bulb into pairing mode:1. Turn switch OFF2. Count about 15 second.3. About a second apart for each switch: ON...OFF...ON...OFF...ON...OFF...ON...4. Wait a couple of seconds and it should start blinking.5. Continue following SmartLife app instructions once it is blinkingNOTE: Don't go too fast. Don't go too slow. I wish there was a better way to do this, but it's the same for all bulbs we have tried. If you don't get it into pairing mode the first time, turn it off and try again from step 1 slightly (SLIGHTLY) faster, (or if you think you went too fast go slightly slower). I hope that's helpful.Manufacturer, please adjust the size of the outer casing to match industry standard for A19 bulbs so we can use them in our globe fixtures. Thanks for an otherwise pretty decent affordable multicolor dimmable LED Smart bulb.

Works, but directions need serious help
The paper directions in the box don't match any of the items oen can select from the app. The video provided as of 6/29/2022 also don't match the selections that you have to use in the app. Here's what I did to get it working. Have light base ON. Screw in bulb (it will come on). Switch off then on three times (each about 1 second duration. Wait a moment and you should get blinking. In the app select add a device, the select lighting, then scroll to bottom and select Light Modulator (Wi-Fi). If you have a multi-frequency router make sure your phone is setup for 2.4GHz. Rest is close enough to directions that it should work for you. Did for me anyway.
