Gluten Free Cream of Chicken Soup and Gravy Mix, Dairy Free, by Vivian's Live Again 3-Pack

Bought for my daughter & her fam in San Diego that are gluten & dairy free to make a family favorite creamy baked chicken. She hasn’t been able to have for years. This was AWESOME!! Flavor & consistency (used better than bouillon chicken broth) were as good as a can of Campbell cream of chicken soup. My granddaughter (8 years old) declared this recipe to be her new favorite over spaghetti on Monday night!!👏👏 I ordered the three pak from Amazon for my daughter before I left. LOVE this product. Strongly recommend. Will try Vivian’s cream of mushroom for my other daughter who lives close (also lactose intolerant) to make her husband’s favorite green bean casserole). Give it a try. these are super delicious but I would not use water. it lacks flavor if you do. When using milk it tastes great

I don't like a lot of fuss when preparing food. This is quick and EZ to whip up and the health benefits are worth the loss in taste when compared directly to Gluten soups which are in BPA cans as well as containing Gluten. This has a mild chicken taste and creamy texture. You can control thickness by amount of water you add to the powder.

Expensive, but is a great dairy free, gluten free soup to cook with.

To make the equivalent of one can of cream of chicken soup, you mix this packet into 1 1/4 cups of liquid. The packet says water or broth. I used a premium chicken bone broth and salted and peppered it. You bring it to a boil and then let it simmer for about a minute and take it off the heat. It thickens nicely. I can see how it could be bland tasting if you just used water and no seasonings. You could actually use garlic or onion powder to up the taste quotient if you wanted My daughter is very dairy intolerant. We have had to eliminate lactose from her diet completely and " cream of" soups were one of the last things I still had not found a solution for. This soup mix will be a game changer for us Most Kraft cheeses have zero lactose so once I discovered that, this was the one thing I needed to solve It is pretty expensive but I'll buy it anyway If it tastes bland to you, use a good broth and season it. The color is not the same, but I'm mixing it into other things, like the chicken casserole she so dearly loves, and no one even notices

We have severe food allergies. I have been looking for an easy Cream of Chicken substitute for a long time. This one was full of flavor. Easy to use as a replacement for a can of soup. There is a little extra prep time than just opening a can, but totally worth it for us!

Having celiac disease limits a lot of what I can make so I was really excited to try this. I used it for tator tot casserole and I loved it! It doesn’t taste 100% the same and is a little saltier but it’s a good substitute

With a gluten and a dairy allergy, I though cream soups would never be available to me again. I discovered this soup and it has been so nice. The consistency is slightly different than what you would expect a dairy-based soup to have. I have used this to make my favorite Cream of Chicken rice with some veggies and it tastes great. I feel less deprived having this available.
