Good to buy if you focus on scented bars.
There's no such cooling effect. It's a good and refreshing bar. I liked the scent of patchouli and blackcurrant. Ofc fiama bars are good for Summers or Winters. Depends on the skin if it suits you or not as it can dry out your skin if you have dry skin.
