A: As you can note from the dimensions, it is only large enough for supporting legs or as a back support for sitting.  To do incline presses you need an adjustable bench to lay on.

**Q: What is the height? It's not 12in. - that's the length of one side**
A: As pictured, the height is about 9.5 inches.

**Q: Can this be used for a full night's sleep?**
A: I found the products be made well but I had a hard time sleeping through the night with it.

**Q: do it have a unzip pillowcase**
A: No, this product does not include a pillowcase.  This is a therapeutic wedge, not a pillow.
