Cod liver oil is supposed to be helpful for brain health and find that it is so for me. My mind is more clear and I remember things better and faster than before taking it. It also contains Vitamin D3, which is important for bone health.There is no fishy taste, they are easy to swallow, and a quality brand, as well as affordable.

I am pleased to say that the reviews were correct these have no fish burps I tried them both ways on empty stomach or on stomach with food like suggested either way they are not haunting me at all

So far so good! Pills were easy to swallow, have eased my joint pain and have no taste. I store mine in fridge. Looking forward to seeing more benefits of supplement after taking for a longer period of time.

I recently found the "Now" brand based in Illinois & Nevada - and honestly, now I wont purchase vitamins, supplements and herbals anywhere else. WalMart sells vitamins made in China according to the bottles.......NOPE, not for me. I started taking cod liver oil over a year ago daily. Cod liver oil is a great source for Vitamins A D and Omega 3. NOW brand will have my business from "now" on.
