As a customer, I cherish good customer service. These guys are outstanding! Their customer service is top notch!I live in Nigeria, so it took about two weeks for the item to get to me. Unfortunately the sensors plug size did not fit my car. I sent a mailed and got response almost immediately. While apologizing, they explained that my model of car had two different plug sizes for that year depending on the time of the year of manufacture and promised to send a replacement from their Turkey warehouse. The replacement got to me within 3 days at no extra cost – that was awesome! I installed it under 10 minutes.The product itself is awesome! After reading the product reviews for different car models, I had high expectations but it has by far exceeded my expectations thus far. The performance of my car has improved tremendously, this little thing does wonders. The lag has disappeared while the take-off is out of this world. I have tested most of the options and have settled for Sport and +3 for optimal performance. The Economy option is good but I hardly use it as fuel economy is the least reason for buying the product.I had always regretted not buying the E550 as I considered the E350 very anaemic but this product has brought some life into the beast. I now enjoy my 2010 E350 4Matic without regrets.I will most definitely install Pedal Commander on all my future vehicles going forward. I have already recommended the product to some of my friends.Guys pull the trigger now; no matter your type and capacity of car, this will surely change your driving experience for good. I highly recommend it!

Pedal commander works by massively reducing drive by wire lag. It does not improve power but, WOW, it sure feels like it.Installation is easy but is a total headache. You have to twist and contort your body to remove the gas pedal, but it is totally doable.The controller is relatively large and quite tacky. I think they really need to rethink the design. In a high end car, the controller looks silly. However, given the Bluetooth capability, you can hide the controller and just use your phone. It’s a nice feature to keep it out of the reach of teenage drivers.The Pedal Commander is sturdy with a thick cord. I like that because the unit controls your gas pedal, and you surely would not want that wire to be damaged. In comparison to other throttle controllers like Sprintbooster, Pedal Commander has a much better build quality.Performance of the Pedal Commander is bonkers. It completely eliminated throttle lag, and instantly turned my car with a small V6 into a monster. Dollar for dollar, there is simply no gadget that improves performance this much.

I have two Pedal Commanders: one for my 2004 Mercedes SL500 (PC36) and one for my 2014 Mercedes C350 Sport (PC43). While both cars provide the option of selecting comfort/economy mode or sport mode, the differences are how the transmission shifts--not really how the throttle responds. With the Pedal Commander, I can customize the throttle responsiveness on both cars, and combined with the different transmission modes, I can get my cars "tuned" to the way I like to drive. Contrary to the naysayers, Pedal Commander is not just a replacement for how hard or fast you push on the pedal, but shortens the response time of the throttle response.Response can be adjusted from mild to instantaneous. And while instantaneous sounds preferable, it can be a problem in low speed situations such as parking lots and stop and go traffic. The great thing is, you can change the response on the fly with the push of a button. Speaking of pushing buttons, the Blue Tooth feature functions well, but I don't use it while driving because it requires you to be distracted and the driving while distracted laws in many states would consider touching any handheld device while driving a distraction. At least with the wired controller, you can change your settings by feel and never have to look away from the road.I find my most comfortable setting is City +1 or +2 for driving, well, around town. On the highway, I like the Sport mode matched with the Sport transmission setting. Rarely do I put it in Sport+ as the throttle is too sensitive for steady driving.Lastly, this is not a replacement for chip tuning that produces more horsepower--it doesn't do that--but it does significantly improve the quickness that power is delivered. If you have a boosted car, then get a chip tune, as well. But for non-boosted cars, this is a very affordable performance improvement. (My experience that chip tunes for non-boosted cars are generally a waste of money.)

To say I was skeptical would be putting it mildly. I have a Mercedes E63s AMG with 600 plus horsepower so I was not getting device for more power I was purchasing it for better fuel economy. I was flat out blown away with how effective this device is. By utilizing the economy mode of the commander it increased my gas mileage on average about 23% that itself makes the device a worthy purpose. Here is the fun bonus part though when placed into the sport + mode it flat out transformed my car into an absolute rocket. Mind you 600 hp is already a rocket but the stock throttle response always had a rough curve to it, in other words there would rough patches in the throttle response that made the car jerk around at times. Not with this little voodoo box, the throttle was as smooth as a babies butt from the time I stepped on the throttle all the way till it was pegged to the floor. It’s hard to describe the difference except to say it’s amazing. If you have a performance car and $300 to spend this should be your first choice over any thing I can think of, it’s that impressive.
