I am not thrilled with this bark collar. I was really hoping it would help with my dog's barking....because his barking can be more than a little annoying and embarrassing. I charged the collar appropriately, and I put it on with high hopes. It did absolutely nothing....I mean nothing. I dialed up the settings to a more "sensitive" setting, and it still did nothing at all. My dog continued his insane barking as if I had put a scarf around his neck. So...I have yet another bark collar just lying on the counter accomplishing nothing at all. I'm not sure why creating an effective bark collar seems to be next to impossible in 2016, but it sure seems that way. I'm so frustrated.

Ordered this model because I liked the idea of it being rechargeable. After using it for about a week on my dog, I did not notice a difference. I did do the test before I ever put it on our dog and it tested ok. However, while on the dog it will not activate when he barks. Our dog is a beagle/basset and has a very loud bark. if he won't activate it, no dog will. So I emailed the company. After I got their email response, I asked the to call me. They called right away. I explained that the unit was not sensitive enough to activate when our dog was barking. Tried all sensitivity settings. They agreed to refund me and send me a second unit. Same result. Please stay away from this bark collar as it does not work! The 1 star is for their customer service. Please filter reviews by verified purchasers!!! All of them tell you that this product does not work!

great dog barker collar. This keeps my lab quite when we are out of the house. Love that it is waterproof as she loves to get into any water at anytime. Thanks again for making such a GREAT product.

I can't tell how long the battery lasts. It has a light when charged and plugged in but then I have no idea if the battery is still working or for how long since there is no light or signal once the collar is taken off the charger and placed on the dog. I would have gotten a refund, but I missed my return window since I needed 2 collars for 2 dogs and I was leaving on vacation. Works ok as far as I can tell on my Boxer, but I am very nervous about its dependability, especially on my St. Bernard. Wound not buy this brand again and only recommend SportDog brand collars.

I saw the great reviews and figured I would give these a try. After ordering, I noticed the exact same product listed elsewhere on Amazon with horrible reviews and I hoped I didn't just waste my money. Unfortunately, I did. I ordered two of these and neither work. Both seemed to charge just fine, but neither of them were correcting barking. After a day I took them off the dogs to see if the settings were wrong and to test them. The LED doesn't flash on one of them so I attempted to charge it again in case it was dead. The LED doesn't turn on when charging either. It's just totally dead. The other one has a flashing LED, but the device never vibrates or shocks. Two for two are duds.

The Waggabee bark collar shipped very fast. When I got it, I immediately put it on the charger. After 4 hours, I checked on it. It did not work. I charged it over night, it still did not work! I watched the video and had other family members try to figure it out. The product instructions talk about being able to test it. That didn't work at all. Their Head Sales Consultant does sent out emails about tips and he even includes the instruction video. However, I replied to the email and they asked me a question and never got back with me. I've seen another post on here saying that theirs didn't work either, so I guess I wasn't the only one.

I cannot in good conscience put this on my dogs even at the lowest level. The lowest level of shock is still enough to leave your hand numb for several minutes and I couldn't see wanting to turn it up past the lowest level. Personally I would like to start way lower and turn it up if needed but the way it is set currently I can imagine it being an absolutely terrifying experience for my pups.

Don't bother buy something else. If you have a dog that doesn't have a low, vibrating bark, don't bother. It runs off vibration. Didn't trigger once for my shih tzu. Even on test mode. Doesn't even trigger if I wear it. Could only get it to shock if I scratched it (ruined the plastic snatched so hard) on its "test strip" Didn't work waste of money. Don't even bother.
