I am very happy with my purchase!Installation instructions are general, but sufficient. I needed to add 3/4 inch spacers to raise my seat above the top of the unit to accommodate the safety switch under my seat. (It is important to reconnect the safety switch wires before tightening down the seat to the suspension unit.)The suspension tension springs adjust to your preference of cushioning with the front mounted turn handle. The handle pulls out to make adjustments, and pushes back in (out of the way) when completed.
