This topper is just what I wanted it’s not too soft and not too firm. I have been sleeping through the night without waking up every two hours. My wife likes it too. It fits our king size Tempur-pedic mattress, perfectly. We did follow the instructions noted on the pictures and my wife washed it at the local laundromat Our washer wasn’t big enough for the topper. She said it made a difference in how soft it felt.

This is a great pad and very well made. The wrap around elastic skirt works well and is MUCH better than corner elastic straps. Many will like the thickness of this pad and give it 5-Stars but it’s just a little too thick for us.

We ordered two for twin beds. What a difference for comfort, and for a good nights rest. The mattresses were extra firm and needed a little soft support and these pillow top covers did the trick. Easy to wash, and to put on mattress. We did not want it to be too soft, but these were perfect

I've been searching for a mattress pad to compensate for a mediocre mattress that was not helping my sacroiliac joint pain. I wasn't willing to spend $300+ on a top notch mattress pad so after much research and scouring reviews, I found this one. I washed it in my front loader washing machine. It took a couple reruns to spin it due to 'unbalanced load' sensors. It also took a few hour long high heat drying sessions in my front load dryer to finally dry it. Even after all that I was not impressed the first night. Mediocre and flat. It must have fully fluffed up the following nights because I love it now. It doesn't necessarily "fix" the pain but it definitely makes the bed more comfy and plush. I also love how plush it makes my comforter look when the bed is made. So I do recommend it. It is washable, however, only in a large front loading machine.

Before you buy a new mattress, buy this first! I wasted $1500 on a new mattress that I hated, only to end up buying this and throwing it on my old mattress and I now have the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had. I wish I would’ve just bought this in the first place. I’m a side sleeper with wide hips that dig into mattresses and it causes me a lot of pain but this topper gave me the extra padding I need to sleep comfortably. Everyone in my family loves my bed. Highly recommend although I will admit it’s not easy to wash because it’s huge and super thick but it fits down into my large washing machine just fine.

I am very happy with this purchase, especially given there were some reviewers that received bad products. I hesitated at first but figured I could return it and took a chance. It arrived well packaged in the original bag without any problems or issues. This mattress pad is made very well, fits great and holds its shape unlike the memory foam ones that collapse under your weight. I put this on a firm mattress without a pillow-top which needed some softening. As I said it fit very nicely but, the best part was the comfort factor; outstanding! I’ve tried the memory foam and they have all proven to be uncomfortable, made me sweat and pretty much collapsed; all for much more cost. I can finally sleep comfortably and my back pain is getting so much better. This is a keeper for me!

I haven't seen any comments about how cold this cover is. I've been freezing this winter because my bed was cold. Thought it was the topper, which had a cold feature. Today I replaced my topper and discovered that the top of this mattress cover was freezing! The under-side not so much. Don't know what kind of cotton material they use, but this cotton could be sold with a 'cold' feature. I'm going to turn it botton side up and see if that makes a difference. The under side feels warmer than the top. Crazy... The softness of the cover is great; it just has this flaw about temperature.

This mattress cover just be the Exter comfort and I was looking for.

Not thick at all . I paid almost double expecting getting a fluffy thick one but it was like a normal one
